Jerry,

There is a Kids Acceptance Factor that you will need to balance in the  
future. Mine liked to play with glow in the dark things occasionally.  
They often hid the motion sensor in the bathroom to accomplish their  
needs. Of course they don't put it back on the counter afterwords,  
generating a SAF report :-) At least make it removable or they will  
take out the batteries!

I also have one low to the floor and upside down (looking up if you  
will). This triggers  the under bed rope lights only when someone is  
walking by as it can't "see" high enough to catch other "activity".

One unit in a hallway has a piece of electrical tape to blind it on  
one side. That way you have to walk past it for a trigger to light the  
next room. That way it helps with the X-10 lag. I screwed it to the  
wall,
