I'm tying to set up some new security remotes and I'm getting an error  
that I don't understand.

The units have been set-up in XTension and an "ON" for the housecode  
produces this result: "Wednesday, January 16, 2008 5:04:43 PM unknown  
command code received for unit Debbie's &h"

There is a turn on "Alarm" in the ON side of the Unit Scripts.

The Remote is a KR10a if that helps at all?
