Incandescent Bulbs

Hello Jerry,

Living on the end of the power service for 30 years...
I see outrageous swings of voltage, sometimes up to 150v
and then down to 100 or so. (I have an 'expanded scale' volt meter
here at my desk all the time.)

My solution to this problem has been to buy 130v bulbs !
They are available...just look for them.  Maybe a bit more
expensive, but for me there's no alternative.  It's worked
for me for all these years, dimmed or switched.
