Interesting web service

I signed up and gave it a try. It works pretty good.

 From cell to Jott to the HA computer I have been able to turn on the  
lights.

This has some real possibilities.

Why is this service free????

Here is the fine print.

Advertisements on Jott Services. As consideration for using the  
Service, you agree and understand that Jott will display ads and  
other information adjacent to and related to the content of your  
jotts. No jotts content or other personally identifiable information  
will be provided to advertisers as part of the Service.

I have already found a way around it. I don't have HTML on in my  
email and I speak "code" that gets nothing in the email.
