WX200 anemometer failure?

For some reason, my spam filter put these messages in junk with a 
spam score of 1 (>50 is the trigger to go into junk).  Very strange.

Thanks James.  There's also some discussion about treating the rain 
sensor for ESD problems with a pull-up somewhere.  I vote for the 
Hall effect.  I'll see what Digi-key has.
