a fix for problems with usb in 10.4.7

Truly odd problem I had on my dual 1.25 G4 PowerMac (MDD). After the
update to 10.4.7, restarts would drag on for hours before the login
box would appear.
To save a lot of time, I found the problem - once I unhooked my old
pair of Apple Pro speakers (the clear globes with the nice sound),
restarts went back to very short time. Real off - those speakers
worked great from 10.3 on ... but somehow after the 10.4.7 update,
thery were no longer recognized.

   With the speakers packed away, everything works fine with the 10.5
Leopard beta, tho xtension doesn't run (fresh install on a bare drive,
and afterward the migration tool copied all my settings over(I think
the CM11 driver isn't loaded -  something kext? - sorry, I'm in 10.4.7
and the error isn't handy right now) ...
