Thanks for the pointer, Jason.

I think I'm going to need a bit more assistance, though.  :)  My 
knowledge of AppleScript is not enough that I can assume what the 
rest of the script might be. (Just haven't spent much time with the 
language.)  Do I need a 'Tell' command?

Also, is AppleScript the only way to do this?  It would seem that 
Extension is storing settings somewhere other than just the Prefs 
files...
