I think the easiest answer for the Robomower is to use the W800 and just
strap one of the security motion sensors (MS10A?) to the mower.  As soon
as the mower stops, the motion sensor will stop seeing the 'world'
moving around it, and will say "all quiet".  The MS10A is not as
"chatty" as the deadeye sensors, and seems to have a more robust
signal.

Or has this been said already?  (resuming my nap, now...)
