Hi Chris,

How about super glue ?

VERY carefully, glue the end of a plastic rod to the end of
what you can see of the plastic part of the power plug.

pull it out...

Actually I've done this before.

Do be careful that you don't get glue on something other
than the broken plug and the 'extractor rod'  ... :-)
