I have both a LynX-PLC and several PR511 devices. Neither are happy 
with a HCA-02.

Designed to boost a chewed up signal back to full strength across the 
phases of a 2 phase residential system. Power up, green light goes on, 
if noise
is present, the red LED will blink. When a valid signal is detected the 
green light blinks. Use the test button to broadcast a P1 ON & OFF 
until the button pressed again or a valid signal is received. This is 
an active amp, not like the passive 6299/XPCP. Connects at the fuse 
panel to 2 breakers, one on each phase.
